I was traveling and realized I didn't have my probiotic with me. On a Friday before a holiday I phoned the Dr Sammut's office and spoke with him. He researched my current dose and medicine and found a comparable one he had in stock. When I arrived he had it saved for me, had my name on it and also printed out my medicine details plus the recommended one. Gave me a quick test to be sure it would worked. It worked very well for me. I want to say his office personnel MJ was also very welcoming, personable and efficient.
