Wow, where do I even begin? First of all, the ambience of this studio is great—it feels really spacious and there is ample seating if you want to sit down to enjoy either a drink or pastry. I preordered a matcha mousse cake with the request that it couldn't be too sweet, and Wen went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The mousse was light and fluffy and still had the distinct powdery, matcha flavor that I love. In addition, she added a thin gel layer on top with real (and edible!) jasmine buds. It was delicious! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
