After having full alignment done here (along with getting new tires) I went on a trip to Utah, where my vehicle started acting strangely: Steering wheel had to be held 20 degrees to the left to go straight, various electronic warnings popped up, and a four-wheel-drive warning came up as "unavailable." Dealer in St. George, UT determined that "camber locking bolts were insufficiently tightened." And indeed, one of the rear wheels was at a strange angle when they showed it to me. Had I driven for a long distance like this I would have ruined the new tires, and possibly damaged the drive system. The dealer fixed it ($200 and 1.5 days of ruined vacation time). A call to Rynck after returning home resulted in some unrelated defensive talk at first, and then a promise to receive a call from the "regional manager." Needless to say, nobody called me back, I suppose they hope the issue goes away by ignoring it?

UPDATE:
Three days later, after posting the above, (and a similar thing on Yelp) I did finally get a call from the shop manager, referencing the Yelp review... After explaining and sharing the invoice from the the dealer in Utah, I was given a full refund for what I had paid the dealer. I found this very generous, and changed my rating from 1 star to 4. (And so I might come for tires again, but not so sure yet I will trust them with alignment, until they assure me that their procedures for making sure proper torque is applied to lock the alignment bolts are water tight...)

Love this place. We've gotten tires for both of our cars here, brakes, rack and pinion, oil changes, you name it, and we've been extremely satisfied with everything. Their customer service is great, everyone in the shop is super friendly, especially Lon, and they always do their best to accommodate our schedules. They're happy to explain everything they're going to do and everything they've done, and they don't try to get you to pay for work you don't need.
These guys are honest and do great work. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for anything they need.
