    Very disappointed after 8 years of going to this cleaner. I understand the people make mistakes but it's how you deal with the mistake that will set your business apart. I recently took half a dozen new shirts (Guess and Burberry) in for cleaning and all were ruined from to much heat, the owner would not make it right by me.

    I was told it was my fault because I didn't ask for the correct cleaning service!
