TERRIBLE SERVICE:
Unmarked Concord Office unlabeled and locked when I arrived for my mid-day appointment. No sign when they'd return, or that this was even the N 2 Sleep Office. Their representative arrived 15" later as I was driving away, unable to open the office.

All business done in the parking lot. Didn't have supplies I needed, but promised to mail to me the following week, 6 or so weeks ago.

Have left two telephone messages at their office business number, one 5 weeks ago. No response thus far, or even a return telephone call.

Cannot seem to get a replacement mask & am seeing a Dermotologist for a developing skin rash at CPAP mask site.

Suggest others if dissatisfied, contact your Congresswoman. Good luck.
