This was the worst leasing company I have ever been with. They kept my entire deposit and charged me the maximum possible for everything. The property manager did the cleaning in my apartment and her husband did the 'touch-up' painting which somehow was $200. There was lot of issues with the apartment when we moved in and she called it 'wear and tear' and we were charged for it when we moved out just a few short months later. I would NEVER rent from this company again because certain tenants are favorites and they can do whatever they want and get discounts on rent for doing the property manager favors. Also, its supposed to be non-smoking but anytime her husband did work in the apartments he would smoke right in front. They also hired their friend to do the carpet cleaning and charged double what they told us it would cost just because she didn't like my husband. Any company that would allow the property manager to clean apartments and pocket the money, let their spouse paint and pocket the money and their friend clean the carpets and pocket the money is unprofessional and should be shut down for ripping off tenants.
